Terms of Use.

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Loxley website, application, and related interfaces (collectively, the “Interface”). By connecting a wallet, clicking “Enter Loxley,” or otherwise using the Interface, you accept these Terms in full and represent that you have the legal capacity to do so.

The Interface is one of many possible ways to interact with public, permissionless smart contracts deployed on Robinhood Chain (chain ID 4663) (the “Protocol”). The Protocol is autonomous software that executes exactly as written. Loxley does not control, custody, or operate the Protocol, cannot reverse transactions, and cannot recover funds. Anyone can interact with the Protocol without the Interface.

The Interface never takes possession of your assets. Every transaction is signed by you, in your own wallet, and settles on-chain. You alone are responsible for the security of your wallet, keys, and seed phrases. Loxley has no ability to freeze, seize, or restore assets.

Tokens available through the Interface are created by third-party users, not by Loxley. Listing, indexing, or display of any token does not constitute endorsement, verification, vetting, or a recommendation of any kind. Token names, images, and descriptions are supplied by their creators and may be misleading. Do your own research. ^†

Nothing on the Interface is investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, legal advice, or tax advice. No fiduciary relationship is created by your use of the Interface. Consult your own professional advisers before making any decision.

Digital assets are extremely volatile and experimental. You may lose the entire value of anything you commit. Risks include, without limitation: total loss of value, smart-contract bugs, chain reorganizations or outages, bridge failures, wallet compromise, mispriced or illiquid markets, and regulatory change. You accept all such risks. Never commit more than you can afford to lose.

The Protocol charges fees that are encoded on-chain and disclosed in the whitepaper: a trade fee on bonding-curve transactions (split between the protocol treasury and the token's creator) and a routing fee on swaps executed through the Loxley router. Fees may change within the hard caps fixed in the contracts. Network gas fees are set by the chain, not by Loxley.

Charts, prices, market capitalizations, holder counts, and similar data are provided by third-party indexers and/or deterministic models, as-is and as-available. Data may be delayed, inaccurate, or simulated where marked. You should verify any figure on-chain before relying on it.

You may not use the Interface if you are located in, organized in, or a resident of any jurisdiction where use of the Interface or the Protocol is prohibited or restricted, or if you are subject to sanctions administered by any applicable authority. You agree not to use the Interface for any unlawful purpose, including market manipulation, fraud, money laundering, or the evasion of sanctions, and not to interfere with the Interface's operation.

The Loxley name, marks, and the design of the Interface are the property of their owners. Open-source components remain governed by their own licenses.

THE INTERFACE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. LOXLEY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE INTERFACE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOXLEY AND ITS CONTRIBUTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, TOKENS, OR DATA, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE INTERFACE OR THE PROTOCOL, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Loxley and its contributors from any claim, demand, or damage (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Interface, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version with a new effective date. Continued use of the Interface after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
